Job Summary
An IT service management company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Client Service Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing support for clients from contract signing to settlement
- Organizing and managing procedures
- Acting as the voice of the client
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of prior experience in account management or office operations
- Comfortable working with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets/Docs/Slides
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology
