Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting agency is in need of a Remote Information Technology Configuration Management Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Guiding others to develop, interpret and implement configuration management plans
  • Identifying opportunities for future innovations based on market/requirement/technology changes.
  • Serving as a subject matter expert configuration management standards

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years of experience using professional written and verbal communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in Workday configuration and implementations in Compensation
  • 3+ years of experience using technology to solve HR system challenges
  • Able to work with the global Human Resources Information System (HRIS) team
  • Able to troubleshoot configuration and reporting issues to identify problems and x root causes
