Job Summary

A staffing agency is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Contracts Commercial Counsel.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Review existing contract management processes and develop and implement simplified procedures
• Perform and oversee high-level, sophisticated legal work
• Draft and negotiate Information Technology (IT) Contracts

Required Skills:

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the bar of any state
• 3-5 years of directly related legal experience
• Experience legal professional with a track record of supporting in-house teams in a commercial counsel role
• Ability to negotiate with a positive impact on customer relationships
• Ability to work well both as part of a team and independently
