Job Summary
A global information technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Care Inside Sales Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Consulting with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity
- Taking inbound sales calls generated by our marketing team
- Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas
Required Skills:
- 1-2 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) where you consistently meet metrics
- have working knowledge of internal CRM’s and SalesForce
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
