Job Summary

A global information technology firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Care Inside Sales Representative.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Consulting with customers on best practices to better protect their online identity
• Taking inbound sales calls generated by our marketing team
• Achieving or exceeding monthly quotas

Required Skills:

• 1-2 years of sales experience (or equivalent experience) where you consistently meet metrics
• have working knowledge of internal CRM’s and SalesForce
• Exceptional verbal/written communication and presentation skills
