Job Summary
An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Relationship Manager in Chantilly.
Must be able to:
- Connect service desk operations and supported organizations
- Review tickets to ensure consistency in documentation to standards
- Actively participate and lead customer status calls
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Conduct periodic On-Site visits with supported organizations
- B.S. degree in business or other related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3 years of customer service experience
- Experience working in service desk operations
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
