Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Relationship Manager in Chantilly.

Must be able to:

  • Connect service desk operations and supported organizations
  • Review tickets to ensure consistency in documentation to standards
  • Actively participate and lead customer status calls

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct periodic On-Site visits with supported organizations
  • B.S. degree in business or other related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience working in service desk operations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
