Job Summary
An information technology services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Customer Service Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status
- Processing customer orders/changes/returns
- Providing timely feedback to the company regarding service issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Ability to handle calls with professionalism, sensitivity, and diplomacy under pressure
- Ability to talk and type at least 35 words per minute
