An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Service Representative I.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve basic or tier 1 payment and account related requests
- Provide standardized or scripted responses
- Enter required data into client provided systems and databases
