Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Customer Service Representative in Ada.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing call handling; issue identification; up-selling/cross-selling products
- Accurately documenting customer account in client systems
- Following all required scripts, policies, and procedures
Qualifications for this position include:
- 6 months of stable customer service experience
- HS Diploma or GED/equivalent
- Computer literacy and typing skills of at least 25 WPM
- Environment: Quiet, secure, and distraction free for the duration of working hours
- Laptop or Desktop (Apple [Mac] or Chromebook is not permitted)
