Job Summary
A cloud software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Identifying risks to the customer in achieving their stated business goals
- Being accountable to Set up Executive Business Reviews to revisit customer’s business goals
- Scheduling regular meetings with customers to understand ongoing challenges
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 7+ years’ experience working in a Customer Success, Service or support capacity
- 5+ years of experience managing critical customer issues with senior management
- Experience working with complex global organizations preferred
- Ability to respond quickly to changing demands is ideal
