Job Summary

A business technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Success Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Learn and anticipate clients' needs
  • Distill seemingly complex information into clear and concise explanations
  • Serve as the 'Voice of the Customer’ by collecting feedback

Qualifications Include:

  • 5+ years prior experience in Customer Success and/or account-based selling
  • Prior experience working with enterprise level clients at the executive level
  • Prior presentation skills and have conducted business reviews and other meetings with key stakeholders
