An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Success Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Onboarding, developing and delivering a roadmap and success plan
- Engaging with business leaders
- Prioritizing customer experience with a focus on happiness, retention
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5+ years of customer success, sales and/or consulting experience focused on enterprise customers
- Experience understanding and anticipating customer needs and translating them into goals
- Prior experience building strategic account plans, and driving adoption/expansions
- Experience owning end-to-end customer experience
