Job Summary

An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Onboarding, developing and delivering a roadmap and success plan
  • Engaging with business leaders
  • Prioritizing customer experience with a focus on happiness, retention

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years of customer success, sales and/or consulting experience focused on enterprise customers
  • Experience understanding and anticipating customer needs and translating them into goals
  • Prior experience building strategic account plans, and driving adoption/expansions
  • Experience owning end-to-end customer experience
