Job Summary

A publishing company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Support Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing social media support across several accounts
  • Juggling client emails and requests
  • Monitoring and engaging on social media platforms daily

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Ability to travel to Newark, NJ occasionally
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 1+ year experience in customer service with recent social media experience
  • Experience working and interacting directly with senior executives
