A publishing company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Customer Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing social media support across several accounts
- Juggling client emails and requests
- Monitoring and engaging on social media platforms daily
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Ability to travel to Newark, NJ occasionally
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 1+ year experience in customer service with recent social media experience
- Experience working and interacting directly with senior executives
- Demonstrated proficiency in social media, both personally and professionally
- Strong writing skills, for social media and beyond
