Job Summary
An information technology company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Digital Experience Product Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with product education through presentations for monthly Lunch & Learns and other venues
- Creating forums to solicit feedback from clients, partners, and internal users
- Managing related vendor relationships and budget
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and payment processor integrations
- Experience in supporting the end user experience
- Exceptional intrapersonal, communication, and leadership skills
- Knowledge and experience in industry trends and in capturing client feedback and performing market research
- Strong empathy for our customers and a passion for exceeding their expectations
