Remote Information Technology Engineer I
Job Summary
A health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Engineer I.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing and maintaining the tech stack
- Being an escalation point for support staff
- Developing tools to streamline the work of the IT support staff
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 1+ year of IT engineering experience beyond IT support functions
- 1+ year of enterprise-class System Administration/Engineering experience in MacOS and ChromeOS environments
- 1+ year of experience in enterprise-level SaaS administration for tools
- Experience in SSO administration with Cloud Identity Providers
- Understanding of networking concepts such as VLANs, DNS, RADIUS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python or BASH
