Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Incident Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Identify trends and potential problem nominations
- Provide input on the design and implementation of service stability
- Serve as an escalation point of contact for critical incidents
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, related discipline or relevant work experience
- 5+ years of experience in Incident Management or related experience
- 5+ years related experience with a background in IT Operations
- Experience and knowledge of the incident management principles and methodologies
- Strong technical skills
- Understanding of DevOps philosophy
