Job Summary
A technology company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Infrastructure Engineer.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Architecting solutions
- Managing the implementation through vendor management
- Managing IT Service Management
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience with root cause analysis and troubleshooting/problem solving
- 5 + years of experience within a critical infrastructure environment
- 2+ Years of ITIL / ITSM experience
- 2+ Years of hands-on data center experience
- High level of expertise in Office 365 technologies
