Job Summary
An information technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Inside Sales Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing 8+ Account Executives in achieving individual and team quotas
- Providing on-going coaching and counseling to direct reports on sales activities, skills and competencies
- Collaborating with sales team members and external partners to drive enablement and revenue growth
Position Requirements Include:
- Experience creating, managing or operating sales initiatives in the Commercial space demonstrating an expert understanding of the sales cycle
- Experience creating processes or working on projects that have helped scale our company
- Successful history of closing complex opportunities, selling the Whole Product Experience
- Ability to accurately forecast sales results
- Ability to work in a rapidly expanding, fast paced environment
- Ability to foster and facilitate an all-inclusive work environment that encourages diverse thought
