Job Summary

An eLearning curriculum development and education consulting firm is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Instructional Designer.

Must be able to:

• Review content for compliance with established style guides
• Review tickets that have been submitted to the helpdesk to determine what course of action needs to be taken
• Provide feedback to Subject Matter Experts in an effective and engaging manner

Qualifications Include:

• Have a broad understanding of information technology terms
• Ability to communicate and work with Subject Matter Experts to develop a comprehensive solution for complex tickets
• Understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy or Depth of Knowledge
• Ability to systematically develop instructional specifications
