Job Summary

A health insurance company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Lead Program Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Lead a team of program and project managers to implement a portfolio of digital programs and projects
  • Manage both business and IT stakeholder partnerships and ensures success of multiple critical initiatives
  • Champions agile transformation across multiple teams involved in the implementation of products and value streams

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology or a related field
  • 8 or more years of technical experience
  • 5 or more years of agile experience with at least 2 years of scaled agile experience
  • 3 or more years of people management experience
  • Extensive management experience in a large corporate technical environment, with oversight across diverse technical platforms
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
