Job Summary
A software technology company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Leader.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Troubleshooting and assisting with employee devices
- Managing account provisioning
- Managing contractors and service providers that provision laptops
Position Requirements Include:
- Proven expertise with cloud-based software solutions, specifically MDM-as-a-service
- Familiarity with managing an identity provider (GMail, Active Directory)
- Experience with PC/Mac OS and associated productivity software
- Experience leading end user projects such as lifecycle upgrades and repairs
- Expertise in setting up and implementing SSOs
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in technology, retail, or call-center environments
