Job Summary

A medical device manufacturing company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Linux Server Administrator.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Deploying the IQ Gateway “Appliance” at customer’s sit
  • Maintaining Server installations and provide ongoing maintenance of deployed systems
  • Providing technical support and guidance on performance issues and application installation

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 2+ years Linux administration experience
  • Experience in file sharing: NFS, OpenEBS, Block Storage
  • Networking experience; IP tables, Linux address routing, subnetting
  • Experience with server virtualization and Linux system administration
  • Familiarity with load balancing, firewalls, network configuration
