Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Information Technology New Business Implementation Team Supervisor.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, hire and train/development of employees
- Oversee a staff of Conversion Analysts
- Design and implement performance standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Knowledge of Employee Retirement Income Security Act, Department of Labor, and Internal Revenue Service regulatory issues
- Knowledge of such proprietary systems as TRAC and AWD
- Knowledge of such Microsoft applications as Word and Excel
- Knowledge of plan requirements relating to conversions and plan administration
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and manage tactically
