Job Summary

An occupational healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Operations Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Perform various information technology infrastructure functions
  • Provide first line technical support to computer software and network components
  • Analyze and provide solutions to low complexity and routine computer issues

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or additional years of experience in lieu of degree
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience
  • Knowledgeable of Level 1 Application Support
  • Knowledgeable of PC, mobile devices, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience using statistical packages
  • Experience working with infrastructure monitoring tools
