Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Product Operations Director.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Design and interpret key performance metrics to deliver insights and recommendations to the Product team
- Build and own the process to capture, synthesize, and communicate insights on product data and customer feedback
- Use data driven insights to identify areas of emerging product opportunities and risks
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 4+ years experience in Product Operations or
- Data Analysis field in a startup or SaaS product environment, with high business savvy
- Experience driving large and sophisticated initiatives
- Enterprise software product and SDLC process knowledge
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
