Job Summary
An IT services and security solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Information Technology Renewals Associate.
Must be able to:
- Perform oversight to retain existing subscription renewals
- Perform subscription renewal quoting
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation within Salesforce
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Associate’s degree and two years of relevant experience; or equivalent education and experience
- Proficient with business collaboration tools including Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external clients
