Job Summary

A software development company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Security Analyst I or II.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Configure, deploy, troubleshoot, and remotely manage Macbook laptop computers, iPads & iMac desktops using JAMF Pro (Cloud)
• Support end-user applications: Google workspaces, Office 365, various browsers & open-source applications
• Perform vulnerability management (Patch & remediation) Anti-Malware (FortiEDR)

Position Requirements Include:

• No Certifications are required initially, but candidate must execute training for initial Industry Standard Security certificate within 1st year
• Can independently execute on individual problems
• Can assume the lead role on projects with check-ins at each milestone of the overall project
• Able to document processes and results effectively for use by others in the department
