Job Summary

A provider of cybersecurity management solutions has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Security Services Renewals Manager.

Must be able to:

• Develop and execute win/win negotiation strategies for small, medium and large contract renewals
• Identify customers who have a high potential of churn and up-sell/cross-sell opportunities
• Own, drive and manage renewals process in collaboration with regional account team

Qualifications Include:

• Experience with renewal management practice and contracts
• 5+ years of demonstrated success in sales, renewal sales or account management
• Experience with Salesforce.com is a must
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track, develop and manage renewal pipeline and forecast
