Job Summary

An information technology solutions company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Senior Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers
  • Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts
  • Developing new business with existing clients

Required Skills:

  • Helping customers through email, phone, online presentations, and in-person meetings
  • Bachelor's in similar area or you’re passionate and have the experience
  • Experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or related
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects
