Job Summary

A financial software development firm has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Service Desk Analyst I.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Responding to self-service incidents within the ticketing system
  • Documenting all call information that pertains to the incident

Qualifications Include:

  • High school degree
  • 1+ year's service-desk support experience with computer hardware, software, and networks
  • Familiar with application support ticketing tools
  • Desktop and Windows operating systems
  • Excellent communication skills and good customer service orientation
