Job Summary
A non-profit health care system is in need of a Remote Information Technology Service Desk Representative in Phoenix.
Must be able to:
- Provide a high quality customer service experience to all customers and coworkers
- Coordinate closely with senior peers to identify, investigate, track, and resolve desktop, application and system issues, ensure the solution is timely and of acceptable quality
- Efficiently answer, troubleshoot, resolve, thoroughly document and accurately triages incoming calls, web portal interactions and e-mails to the Service Desk
Position Requirements Include:
- General knowledge of information technology and healthcare
- Experience in small scale project planning and reporting, either individual or team
- Communication and presentation skills to engage technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to communicate and interact across facilities and at various levels
- Skills to mentor less experienced team members
- 2 or more years experience in a technology support role
