Job Summary
A financial service company is seeking a Remote Information technology Service Desk Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as a liaison by coordinating resolutions of incidents among IT and other business line resources
- Prioritizing daily incidents appropriately and communicating with the support teams to address outstanding issues
- Providing concierge level support for Executive Leadership with video conference and desk side support
Position Requirements Include:
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Information System
- Less than 2 years experience working on a Technical Service Desk or related are
- Maintain accurate documentation as it relates to IT supported hardware, software, and business applications
- Provide company-wide support to all front-line and back office colleagues, issue resolution
