Job Summary
An art academy needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Service Desk Technician.
Must be able to:
- Provide PC workstation support to all Academy employees
- Perform troubleshooting, installation of software, hardware support, machine setup and deployment duties
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Os Windows 8.1 Ent. and Windows 10 Ent. as well as remote desktop or similar software
- Experience replacing internal hardware on a PC or Laptop, work with an Active Directory and troubleshoot network issues, VPN issues, WiFi issues and printer issues
- Able to communicate effectively and demonstrate quality customer service at all times
