A digital gaming marketplace needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Service Management Administrator.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Participating and taking a lead role in the ITSM/ITAM Champions group
- Coordinating ITSM/ITAM product testing and upgrades
- Providing documentation and training to the ITSM/ITAM Champions group
Qualifications for this position include:
- Paid trips to work with remote teammates
- 2 years of project management experience
- 2+ years of experience as a Process Owner of a Service Management practice
- Expertise in service management cloud-based enterprise products
- Experience working across organizational boundaries
- 5+ years of IT experience
