Job Summary
An information technology and services company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Service Management Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Program managing and leading the organization through an ITSM platform implementation
- Partnering with Product Operations on ITSM processes
- Advising and making recommendations related to (ITIL) standards
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with implementation of or migration to an ITSM platform
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with service desk, incident, change, problem, and request management
- Demonstrated experience utilizing Service Management tools
