  • Serving as the Agile team's primary contact for information
  • Advising executives to develop functional strategies

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of technical experience, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of project leadership experience
  • 3+ years’ of ServiceNow Platform experience as an admin, architect, project, program, or product manager
  • Experience with ServiceNow solutions using ITSM
  • 3+ years’ experience of Software Development Lifecycle, leveraging agile practices
