Job Summary

An information technology services company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Services Help Desk Technician.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers with platform and system related issues
  • Assigning incoming tickets to the appropriate system administration
  • Providing weekly ticket and response rate reports

Qualifications Include:

  • 6+ years IT experience
  • 3+ years of helpdesk experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite
  • Must be able to obtain IT-II/IAT-II Clearance
