A homeowners insurance provider has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Support employees’ needs and provide world-class service
  • Support user access to IT systems
  • Perform ticket system triage and basic hardware

Required Skills:

  • 3 years of technical support experience
  • Experience with installation and configuration of Mac and PC related hardware
  • 2 years of experience Mac operating systems and Mac administration
  • Familiar with Mac patching schedules and methods
  • Google Workspace experience
  • Experience with Anti-Virus technologies
