Job Summary
A software development company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Apply a background in IT Helpdesk in a fast paced environment
- Create and update documentation for technical processes and company systems
- Streamline company-wide processes by automation or making them more efficient
Qualifications for this position include:
- Prior experience with IT automation tools such as Workato, BetterCloud, and Zapier,
- Experience with single-sign-on systems an interaction with SaaS applications
- Know the difference between SAML, SSO, oAuth, and OIDC, SCIM and JIT provisioning.
- Know what chmod, ls, ping, cd, cat, etc do
- Can follow written and verbal instructions
