Job Summary

An information technology consultancy company has a current position open for a Remote Information Technology Staff Accountant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Perform the day-to-day processing of routine invoices for payment
• Resolve billing problems or errors with vendors
• Prepare accounts payable, cash flow and other management reports, analyzing the data and recognizing the trends

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Have handled heavy volumes of invoices along with travel and expense claims
• Experience posting GL entries – solid understanding of debits and credits
• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or similar field of study
• 2-3 years’ experience in accounting
• Proficient in MS Excel
