Job Summary
An insurance company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Supervisor and Functional Lead.
Must be able to:
- Guide effective decision making for the team and step in as needed to resolve or escalate roadblocks
- Build a positive team environment of continuous improvement across the Business Analyst team
- Create guidelines and principles for the business analysis practice across the program
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or IT related field
- 5+ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
- Knowledge of application development methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Proven success with problem analysis and resolution with a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively, build a team, and foster positive relationships
- Must be able to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
