- Performing management and upkeep of IT-owned SaaS platforms
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience in a support-based role
- Knowledge of networking technologies such as IP, VPN, DNS, and DHCP
- Keep abreast of new IT trends and gadgets and are able to rapidly learn new technologies
- Atlassian products knowledge and admin skills
- IT certifications such as A+ certification, CompTIA, ITSM, Cloud Essentials, etc
- Deep knowledge of computer hardware knowledge
