Job Summary
A mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Work with our Support II/SME roles on the escalation path
- Provide detailed ticketing to document the scope of work
- Keep Support Team manager informed
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience
- Knowledge of OS support including, but not limited to MS Win10 and Mac
- Knowledge of End-User Service and Support
- Knowledge of Cloud-based portal management (Google, Office 365, etc)
- Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, and corresponding hardware (Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo, etc)
