Job Summary

A mortgage services company is seeking a Remote Information Technology Support Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Work with our Support II/SME roles on the escalation path
Provide detailed ticketing to document the scope of work
Keep Support Team manager informed

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

1-2 years of experience
Knowledge of OS support including, but not limited to MS Win10 and Mac
Knowledge of End-User Service and Support
Knowledge of Cloud-based portal management (Google, Office 365, etc)
Knowledge of Desktop, Laptop, and corresponding hardware (Dell, HP, IBM, Lenovo, etc)
