Job Summary
An information technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Information Technology Support Technician.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and resolve any and all tickets that are submitted
- Provision new hires weekly
- Monitor the environment in a proactive manner,
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 2+ years experience providing technical support functions in a medium sized remote atmosphere
- Proficient working within SLA’s and ticket management systems a
- Competency with Google Workspace, JumpCloud, Jira Service Management (or similar)
- Knowledge of network architecture, active directory, and antivirus software
- Ability to quickly learn new sales, hr, recruiting, and other technologies
- Strong ability to remote manage in a 100% remote environment
