Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Troubleshooting Tier 1-Tier 3 issues
- Managing O365 environments and Active Directory
- Resolving major hardware and software problems
Position Requirements Include:
- Ability to provide onsite technical support to system users
- 1 + years of technical support experience both via phone and face to face
- Experience with Active Directory, O365, Single-Sign on, and DNS
- Experience in Windows/MS Office environment
