A staffing agency has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Support Technician in St Cloud.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Troubleshooting Tier 1-Tier 3 issues
• Managing O365 environments and Active Directory
• Resolving major hardware and software problems

Position Requirements Include:

• Ability to provide onsite technical support to system users
• 1 + years of technical support experience both via phone and face to face
• Experience with Active Directory, O365, Single-Sign on, and DNS
• Experience in Windows/MS Office environment
