Job Summary
An information technology and services company is in need of a Remote Information Technology Systems Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing analysis services typically in a defined project
- Developing requirements and supplemental specifications for new applications
- Collaborating closely with the customer/partner/business areas to identify requirements
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 4+ years of relevant application support experience
- Experience managing the ticket process
- Basic reporting experience
- Have some supervisor/leadership experience
- Experience with at least one of the following ticketing systems: ServiceNow / ShareWell / Jira
- Proficient in Excel
