Job Summary
A non-profit health insurance company has an open position for a Remote Information Technology Team Lead.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Executing tactical components to achieve deliverables set by department manager, to include but not limited to components of projects from design through implementation
- Performing supervision and support of IT team members
- Supervising, mentoring and coaching staff, and ensure appropriate staff training
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of systems management and analysis experience is required
- Three (3) or more years of experience within IT leadership is preferred
- Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications is preferred
- Project planning and project management experience is preferred
- Technical teaching skills or experience is preferred
