Skills and Requirements Include:
- Proficiency researching and troubleshooting complex problems and errors
- Proficiency in Excel, Five9, and other Data Processing tasks
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Associate's (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science or Information Technology from a technical school
- Experience in customer care, sales or contact center role
