Job Summary

An information technology services and solutions company is filling a position for a Remote Information Technology Veterans Affairs Helpdesk and Release Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Maintaining knowledge of VA rules and regulations
• Managing, updating, and executing the “Release Checklist” to track release candidate activities
• Overseeing and tracking the project’s release management process, specifically

Position Requirements Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in an Engineering Discipline or related field or
• 8+ years of experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in IT related roles
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance under VA regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Help Desk responsibilities and tracking needs
