Job Summary
A health insurance company has a current position open for a Remote Infrastructure Architect.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the subject matter expert to provide strategic oversight and planning of enterprise initiatives
- Reviewing and recommending infrastructure technologies to meet business needs
- Developing and reviewing solutions to ensure infrastructure systems and associated processes align with IT strategy
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Technical degree or work experience equivalent
- 5 years’ experience leading Infrastructure Design for scalable infrastructure in an enterprise setting
- AWS/GCP/Azure Certification in Development, Architecture, and/or DevOps or equivalent work experience
- Deep understanding of Core Cloud Competencies
- Proficient with scripting in at least one of the following languages: BASH, Python, Ruby, PowerShell
- Experience modernizing Infrastructures towards from traditional IT delivery towards an IAC model
