Job Summary

A retail and mail-order company is filling a position for a Remote Infrastructure Director.

Must be able to:

  • Manage a team of ~15-20 Platform Services, End User Computing, and Help Desk professionals
  • Provide Infrastructure and Operations-specific expertise
  • Monitor technology cost and productivity levels

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 7+ years' experience leading infrastructure and support teams
  • 3+ years' experience building infrastructure using Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
  • Ability to lead architecture, hardware, software discussions to create forward-looking strategy
  • Record of accomplishment leading and developing highly skilled team members and leaders
  • Proven experience measuring system health with user feedback and system generated measurements
  • Experience leading multiple teams through Agile/SAFe transformations
